Returns & Refunds

Product received

If you have received the product and you are unsatisfied with it’s quality, condition or appearance (only if it differs from what was advertised)

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To qualify for a return, please follow the bellow procedure:
    1. Report the request for return to support@noobaccessories.com
      • Include a reason for return
      • Images of the product (so we may ensure it hasn’t been used and is in the correct condition)
      • Your order details
        • Order number
        • Item/ product name
        • Your personal details (contact email, contact number, shipping address)
        • Bank account/ PayPal details for refund
  1. Once reported we will review your request
  2. Upon approval, we will refund you
  • Instructions will be sent to you as to how you may return the product.
  • You will not be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item received is as advertised on NA and in good condition. 
  • The cost of return shipping will be included in your refund.

Product not received

If you have not received the product after 60 days. 

  • To qualify for a return, please follow the bellow procedure:
    1. Report the request for return to support@noobaccessories.com
      • Include a reason for return
      • Your order details
        • Order number
        • Item/ product name
        • Your personal details (contact email, contact number, shipping address)
        • Bank account/ PayPal details for refund
    2. Once reported we will review your request
    3. Upon approval, we will refund you

If you supplied us with the incorrect shipping address, we will refund you only once the product is found and returned to us. Any charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Refund process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and inform you on the status of your refund within 36 hours.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you.

The refund can be processed using one the following methods depending on the method of purchase:

  • Via PayPal – we process the refund via PayPal
  • Credit refund – we will refund you against the card you used to pay

You will receive the credit within a couple of days, depending on your bank and original method of payment5
